As a Certification Exam Administrator, you will ensure NGA’s certification exams are delivered accurately, securely, and consistently. You will administer exams in approved, proctored environments and make sure each assessment is conducted to the highest standards. By coordinating with test takers and program stakeholders, you will manage exam data, communicate clearly throughout the process, and uphold all policies and accreditation requirements. Through your attention to detail and commitment to integrity, you will help ensure that every certification awarded by NGA is credible, mission ready, and trusted by leadership to support confident, informed decision-making.

Requirements:
Active TS/SCI clearance with the ability to obtain a CI Poly
Bachelor’s degree in a related field
OR at least 8 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree
Demonstrated experience using Microsoft Excel to retrieve, organize, and manage data
Demonstrated experience analyzing processes and providing actionable recommendations to improve workflow efficiency and accuracy
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including providing customer service and clearly conveying instructions to diverse audiences
Comfortable delivering public presentations, including reading and explaining 10-to-15-minute proctoring scripts and responding to participant questions
Desired:
Experience using Microsoft Access to organize, manage and track records or databases
Knowledge of records management policies and procedures to ensure compliance and proper documentation
Familiarity with Reasonable Accommodations to support test-takers with diverse needs
