Safeguard National Security Through Expert Technical Countermeasures
Here is your chance to join XTS as a Technical Surveillance Countermeasures (TSCM) Practitioner in support of the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA), where you will play a critical role in safeguarding national security by detecting, evaluating, and mitigating technical surveillance threats.
In this role, you will conduct TSCM operations, foreign visit inspections, gift examinations, digital counterexploitation, technical evaluations, and other technical activities supporting the NGA TSCM program, TSSC modernization goals, and the Office of Counterintelligence Technical (CI) Division. You will maintain familiarity with all governing national and agency-level policies, ensuring full compliance with reporting, training, and other regulatory requirements. Leveraging hands-on expertise in shielding, grounding, facility inspections, and PDS, you will identify and neutralize technical surveillance threats, safeguard classified spaces, and support secure operating environments that meet national standards. By preparing risk assessments, technical reports, and after-action reviews, you will deliver actionable insights that enhance counterintelligence readiness and enable NGA leadership to operate with confidence.
If you are committed to advancing counterintelligence operations and applying your TSCM expertise to protect one of the nation’s most vital intelligence missions, XTS invites you to join our team and contribute to the future of secure operations at NGA.
