Overview Play a key role supporting NGA’s Source mission in Springfield, Virginia as a GEOINT Collection Strategy Analyst focused on translating customer intelligence requirements into structured GEOINT collection strategies, operational workflows, and mission support processes within a fast-paced intelligence environment.
In this position, you will support GEOINT collection management and source strategy activities by helping define, organize, and refine how collection requirements are interpreted and executed across mission partners. You will work closely with analysts, collection managers, and stakeholders to process customer needs, improve collection workflows, and develop structured documentation such as SOPs, best practices, and performance support materials that enhance mission execution and consistency. This role requires a strong understanding of the GEOINT TCPED process and the ability to operate across multiple mission partners to deconstruct operational requirements and support effective collection approaches. You will contribute directly to high-visibility GEOINT operations while collaborating across internal and external stakeholders in the intelligence community.
