NGA instructors will prepare deployers and ensure precision in the field of GEOINT analytics, ultimately enhancing probability for mission success. Providing formal and informal feedback to students will coincide with applying real-world experiences and connections to create an atmosphere of maximum training and skill development. Instructors will implement methods such as guided discussions, lectures, demonstrations, small group exercises, seminars, workshops, and laboratories to facilitate content. Conducting assessment strategies in accordance with the course design will provide essential metrics to evaluate deployment readiness.

REQUIREMENTS:
TS/SCI
Three years relevant instructor experience
Bachelor’s degree in area of expertise plus two years’ experience OR five year’s relevant experience
Ability to implement instructional technology including but not limited to Blackboard
Capable of facilitating expertise imagery analysis
Expertise in imagery exploitation processes, policy and production cycles as well as principles and applications of GIS
Proven proficiency with GEOINT Tools and the national imagery exploitation processes
