Junior Collection Manager – Shaping the Future of Intelligence Gathering (TS SCI, CI with Poly)

As a Junior Collections Manager, you’ll play a vital behind-the-scenes role in national security and military operations, ensuring geospatial intelligence is collected and delivered on time. Whether tracking enemy movements, analyzing satellite imagery, or supporting strategy, your work will directly impact decision-making and national security. 

You’ll coordinate the collection and flow of geospatial data, working closely with cutting-edge tools and a talented team to ensure accuracy and timeliness. Your role requires quick thinking, clear communication, and attention to detail, as your data will inform real-time responses to emerging threats.
Tech-savvy and adaptable, you’ll be comfortable using GIS software and remote sensing tools while learning new technologies in a fast-paced environment. You’ll be an essential part of a high-functioning team, ensuring critical geospatial data is collected, managed, and acted upon swiftly and precisely.

Requirements
Experience
leveraging GIMS to streamline and optimize the geospatial collection process.

Demonstrated experience with GEOINT Collections tradecraft and analysis and understanding GEOINT sources and their tradecraft application.
Current and Active TS SCI, CI Polygraph required to begin work
HS diploma or GED and 3 years of relevant experience

Must be able to support a rotating shift schedule 24/7/365.
