 At the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA), we’re seeking a motivated, detail-oriented individual to join our team and support critical operations. As part of a dynamic and collaborative group, you'll help manage essential tasks, provide operational support, and ensure smooth office operations that contribute directly to national security.
In this role, you'll be responsible for tracking and managing both internal and external tasks, ensuring deadlines are met, and providing regular status reports to leadership. You'll also analyze task submissions, prepare staff packages, and maintain key tracking systems using tools like spreadsheets and SharePoint. Effective communication is vital, so you'll work closely with team members and leadership to ensure information flows clearly and efficiently.
You will also support daily office operations, assist in managing inter-agency agreements, and help ensure all activities are compliant with NGA’s standards. To succeed, you’ll need advanced Excel skills, a working knowledge of geospatial intelligence tools, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and Teams. Strong communication abilities and a proactive, self-starting approach will be crucial, as you’ll often work independently with minimal supervision.
Bonus points for previous NGA experience, familiarity with N-CERTS or similar systems, and the ability to work with little direction.

Requirements:
TS/SCI
Bachelors + 6 years of relevant experience, or no degree and 8 years of relevant experience.
 Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) with strong ability to analyze and present data metrics.
Experienced in building complex formulas in Excel to extract and manipulate data from large spreadsheets.
 Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all organizational levels.
Experienced with GEOINT tools, sources, and methodologies.
 Proficient in Adobe PDF software.
 Experienced in using Microsoft SharePoint and Teams for collaboration and document management.
