Requirements
- Veteran encouraged—military experience is highly valued and a great fit for this role.
- 2+ years’ experience with Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- A valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and the ability to commute to shipping locations as needed.
- Must pass an extensive FBI background check
- Current Virginia Concealed Weapons Permit OR the eligibility to obtain a Virginia Concealed Weapons Permit, including completing all required courses.
- Ability to lift between 25 and 50 pounds for inventory and shipping needs.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, ensuring a secure, professional, and welcoming environment.
- Document, ship, and track firearm materials with strict adherence to all legal and regulatory guidelines.
- Manage and maintain two websites, ensuring online orders are processed promptly and accurately.
- Assist with administrative work to include:
- Generating and managing invoices to support smooth financial operation.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, order and manage office supplies, and maintain well-functioning workspace.
- Scan, copy, and organize essential documents to support administrative efficiency.
