You’re spent years building your expertise in GEOINT collection. You know the systems, the tradecraft, how intelligence gets collected and used. Now you have the chance to take that knowledge and do something even bigger with it: prepare the next generation to carry the mission forward.

This is your chance to serve as a GEONT Collections Instructor to support the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) and translate experience into impact—a opportunity to shape tradecraft, mentor future leaders, and leave a legacy that outlasts any single assignments. As technology evolves, you’ll be keeping GEOINT sharp for analysts to stay ahead of the curve training analyst on GIMS, WFT, Discovery, Query Broker, and much more. Leading in-person and virtual training on not only GEOINT collection management, tasking and strategy, but you’ll also support analyst in providing analyst the full picture of how GEOINT integrates with HUMINT, SIGINT, MASINT, etc. Your ability to lead scenario-based exercises that replicate the pressure and complexities of real world will give students confidence before they face it in real-world missions. Requirements
  • Current active Top Secret / SCI clearance
  • You’ve achieved the accomplishment of a Master’s Degree + 3 years / Bachelor’s Degree + 5 years / 20+ years of relevance experience.
  • You’ve gained high knowledge in GEOINT or multi-INT collection management and are able to teach not just the process but also the judgement it requires in collections.
  • Familiarity with GEOINT tools, platforms, and databases in order for students to leave your classroom and being able to be fully efficient and mission ready on software / tools.
