Senior Imagery Analyst (National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency)

Combine your expertise across imagery analysis, geospatial science, and multi-INT integration in a role that supports some of the Intelligence Community's most critical operations and is paramount to America's national security and ensuring an intelligence advantage for US forces worldwide.

As a Senior Imagery Analyst, you will be joining XTS's mission-ready, efficient, and collaborative team supporting the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA). In this role, you will be demonstrating your expertise in applying advanced GEOINT tradecraft, dedication to producing high-impact imagery intelligence products, and integrating programming-enabled efficiencies; altogether improving analytic pipelines and multi-INT collaboration.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this position, the desired candidate must demonstrate:
  • Master's degree in a related field and 5 years of experience OR a Bachelor's degree and 7 years of advanced GIS experience
    • Or an equivalent combination of education and experience in lieu of degree
  • Completion of an Imagery Analysis course
  • Proficiency with ArcGIS Pro and the ArcGIS Online suite
  • Strong knowledge of GIS workflow optimization, visualization principles, and cartographic standards
  • Experience with Python for analytical workflows
  • Proficiency with RemoteView
Desired Skills
  • Experience producing NGA-standard GEOINT products 
  • Knowledge of Activity Based Intelligence (ABI)
    • This includes experience with multi-INT integration
    • Regional proficiency in Eurasia is also desired 
  • Experience with Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Creative Suite is strongly desired
  • Strong briefing, writing, and communication skills
